Known as DJ Carlos – real name Carl Emms, started his broadcasting career at the tender age of 15 presenting an early morning show on Wiltshire Radio while he was still attending school. Carl also appeared on the Russell Harty’s TV show as the youngest radio presenter in the UK – A great example of someone who knew early on exactly what he wanted to do in life, and then ran with it.

Passion has driven Carl to his success over a 30 year career as one of the UK’s most experienced broadcasters. And Carl’s followers in their millions, confirms it.

Russ Morris, a Wrexham born lad is no stranger to the world of celebrities and has interviewed some of the biggest names in music, such as Paul Weller, Amy Winehouse and Robbie Williams. Russ confesses with a smile, that his proudest moment was getting his Grandma on his show.

Russ also has an extensive and incredibly successful career spanning two decades, and in my opinion, has a little touch of the Ed Sheeran thing going on. What do you think ladies?
